Tap your picture, then Your profile
Tap your initial or picture at the top right of Today. Then tap Your profile.
Find Your data
Scroll to Your data. Download all is the full download. Choose export picks a range, one child or a printable summary, with Plus.
Share the file
Tap Download all. It says how many entries are in it. Tap Share the JSON file or Share the CSV file to save it, send it to yourself, or open it in a spreadsheet.
