Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell what you log, or use it to advertise to you. There are no ads on any plan.
Can I download everything I log?
Yes, free, on every plan: one button in Settings downloads everything, as JSON and CSV. Choosing a range, one child, a PDF or email is part of Plus.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from inside the app, any time. Deletion is permanent after a 14-day window.
Does the app use a chatbot or give advice?
No. There is no chatbot and no medical advice. The app records what you enter and adds it up, and says how many entries each number comes from.
